Priority Bicycles Customer’s Q&A
Priority Bicycles FAQs
About Prioritybicycles.com Popular Products and Services?
Priority Bicycles is a small NYC company with big dreams to make cycling simple. They are committed to making the best low maintenance bicycles in the world, period. Their strategy is simple: high quality parts, an efficient supply chain, low overhead, and an online business model. No gimmicky bells and whistles. No frills. They sell most of their products through their online platform, prioritybicycles.com, which allows them to sell the highest quality at the best prices.
One of their popular products is the PRIORITY 600. It is a performance-oriented daily commuter, road rambler, and gravel grinder in one precision package. The 600 is named for its massive 12-speed, 600% gear range that’s equivalent to a traditional 30-speed bicycle with no overlap—held within a sealed, ultra-durable Pinion gearbox mounted in the center of the bicycle. The Pinon gearbox, in concert with the Gates Carbon Drive, provides a base for all-season riding alongside fenders and hub-powered lights for the commuter, wide bars for the trail rider, and 650b wheels and tires for everything in-between. This bike has everything.
The company enjoys cycling and genuinely wants its customers to enjoy cycling and their bikes as much as they do. With the product line and professional, friendly employees, Priority is a force within the industry and will be around for a long time.
Prioritybicycles.com Return Policy?
Priority Bicycles accepts all non-final-sale returns within 30 days of purchase, assuming the bicycle and/or accessory is returned in like-new condition, with the original packaging, and from the contiguous United States. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and reboxing costs. If the bicycle and/or accessory is returned for any reason other than product defect, the buyer is responsible for actual outbound shipping costs as well. The refund processed to the customer will be less the actual outbound shipping costs which were incurred by Priority Bicycles to deliver the bicycle to the customer. Electric bicycles, the 600X, and other larger (off-road or larger sized models) bikes that ship in oversize packaging do incur higher than normal shipping rates due to their size and weight. Fees paid for assembly and adjustment are non-refundable. Courtesy credits given for bike shop labor is non-refundable. Returns must be re-packed in the original box with all of the original parts and packing materials. Product defects must be confirmed by either photograph or a professional bicycle mechanic. Returns must be pre-authorized by email. Final-sale bicycles, either defined as final sale on the product page or from a sample sale with a discount greater than $49 are not eligible for return. If there is a defect or shipping damage, Priority Bicycles will either arrange and pay for local repair, or exchange/refund the bicycle, at the discretion of Priority Bicycles. This return policy is valid only in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). All other regions have no return policy due to prohibitive shipping costs. For orders sent outside of the contiguous US, shipping fees start at 150 USD for bicycles and 60 USD for accessories. Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States are considered final sale and cannot be altered once shipped. Some regions require duties prior to delivery. Once shipped, the shipping company will contact you to arrange advance payment of taxes/duties before the bike is delivered. If you reject the delivery, the fees incurred by the shipping company will be deducted from any refunds. Priority Bicycles will always work with customers in any region to ensure that the bicycle they receive is free of defects and shipping damage.
